I have had a VPS / VDS service since 2012 and have received nothing but excellent service. The response time is very quick and and client issues are dealt with effectively. Good Company, with great support. Since 2016, we have been using shared hosting services from Host Geek. We have not which are reliable also. If you are looking for good support here is true place. I personally advice anyone to go with them.

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the way in which Host Geek has actioned the set-up on my VPS.

Having dealt with hosting companies since '97 both in Australian and other countries, not too many have given the support and progress updates as I have received from the team.

I have been using the services of a number of hosting services over the past 15 years, with quite a complex setup. After an incident with my previous hosting left me looking for a new service, I was delighted to find a locally-based, national hosting service - HostGeek.

Given the complexity of my existing set up with the existing hosting service, I was not looking forward to the migration process.

I shouldn't have been worried. With the very excellent work by Mark in the Technical team, HostGeek not only developed a much friendlier, easy-to-manage set up for my hosting requirements but then took control of the migration until everything was set up to my satisfaction.

There have been a few teething issues along the way but they have been resolved quickly and with minimal interruption to my business.

I am a small business owner without the time, skills or inclination to set all of this stuff in place and to migrate from the existing service. Thankfully, HostGeek took the lead and delivered in spades!
