It is unfortunate that all Webcity customers have to go through the agony of long periods of their hosting downtime over the last two days (since Thursday 23 March 2017). It is devastating for customers and also the reputation of Webcity – the self-proclaimed Australia’s No.1 web hosting company. Sadly, whatever that happened throughout this outage only stands to prove the opposite. This Webcity outage even saw long periods of inexistent communication from the company left customers feeling completely helpless, angry and were screaming out for help in all directions and have laid their dissatisfaction on all social media platforms available. We are certain that Webcity’s customers will not be able to put their trust in the company even after this crisis has averted.
