Attention Webcity customers!
You automatically qualify for 25% off all Host Geek services!*
It is unfortunate that all Webcity customers have to go through the agony of long periods of their hosting downtime over the last two days (since Thursday 23 March 2017). It is devastating for customers and also the reputation of Webcity – the self-proclaimed Australia’s No.1 web hosting company. Sadly, whatever that happened throughout this outage only stands to prove the opposite. This Webcity outage even saw long periods of inexistent communication from the company left customers feeling completely helpless, angry and were screaming out for help in all directions and have laid their dissatisfaction on all social media platforms available. We are certain that Webcity’s customers will not be able to put their trust in the company even after this crisis has averted.
In today’s world, many businesses are more reliant on their websites than ever before and long-term outages and lack of communication is unacceptable, and Host Geek understands all of these concerns. After all, Host Geek is also a company that relies heavily on its web presence!
With this crisis that has dawned upon the web world in these couple of days and speaking with some Webcity customers affected by the outage, Host Geek has decided to help. We want to give all Webcity customers peace of mind for their online future by offering them 25% off* their first invoice for any services that they choose to have with Host Geek. Yes, any services. We want Webcity customers to get on board the Host Geek train so we can take care of them. All they need to do is to contact the Host Geek customer support team on 1300 722 504 or on email@example.com.
Migration from Webcity to Host Geek is free and we take the stress out of it for Webcity customers by handling the process from beginning to end. We will take care of the migration and will make it as seamless as possible.
Some of Host Geek’s services include Shared Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, VDS, Email Hosted Exchange, Email-only Hosting, and Specialised WordPress, Magento and Joomla Hosting Solutions, etc.
Update: Webcity claims their services are up and running on 27 March 2017, five days after the start of the outage on 23 March 2017. We are still offering all Webcity customers the offer until 30 June 2017 if they wish to migrate across.
